We bought a new Car recently, and the S60 we have has a handbrake which is tight, and has to be pulled hard to reach the first notch. We have been back to the dealer twice and they have made it no better. Also when applied, the vehicle rocks back about 2 inches every time it is used on a hill. This is the only Car I have ever owned which does this. What is going wrong?

 

The car going back some once the E-brake is set is normal,It is the suspension moving tp settle.
