Default Hard starts

Has anybody experienced hard starting when hot on these S60. Car starts ok when engine is cold. Takes a lot of long cranks before it would start. Have replaced fuel filter and done tune up. Fuel pressure if between 35-55 psi. Can't locate fuel pressure sensor and there's no FPR under the fuel rail. I'm stumped at this point. Besides this issue, car runs perfect. Hope somebody would chime in for a fix. Could an overheated ECM be the problem? I'm asking this because after a no start while engine was hot, I popped up hood and heard a whirling sound inside the ECM Box. Opened it up and the two modules were very hot to the touch and a whirling fan sound was emanating from inside the modules. Let the engine cool down and after 2-3 hours, car started fine.

An overheated ECM will cause issues with starting, but if the fan in the unit is running, it is probably not overheating. Do you know if there are any codes stored in the computer?

There are no codes stored. Checked w/ OBD II scanner. Car would start fine when cold.
