Heater Issues
Hello all,
I have a 2008 Volvo S60 D5.
The cabin never gets any warm air.
The engine temperature seems to be regulating effectively.
I removed both hoses from the Heater Matrix, and flushed this out with water from a hosepipe, there were no blockages.
When I turn on the engine, the inlet pipe to the matrix is warm, but the outlet from the matrix is cold.
Even when the engine is at temperature, there still seems to be no flow through the heater matrix.
When running the engine without the outlet pipe connected there seems to be very little flow, almost a dribble, through the matrix but nothing more, which doesn't make sense as when I connect my own hosepipe to the matrix there is.
Any ideas?
Thanks
