how do i access tail lights

how do i access tail lights

the bulbs fell back out of the rack that holds them up, i need to get in there to put them back in place. how do i get in there?

There is a twist **** located near the seat back release lever. Twist it about 90 degrees and the it should loosen the trunk liner. You should have access to the tail lights from there.
