Title pretty much says it all. Fuel door snapped off. spring and door are intact. hinge broke. I replaced the hinge on the car but now I find I cant get the door attached. I think I should have attached the door to the hinge before I attached the hinge to the car. The mechanic at the Volvo dealer where I bought the hinge said you can do it either way but I don't see how. Also I am pretty sure there is no way to un attach the hinge now that its on without losing the little plastic pins in the process.
Anyone have any expertise in this ? ? ?
