i have s60 r 2004 with 6 manual gearbox. lately i have not used it for more than a year .i changed the battery and Break lamp and ABS lam turned on after changing the battery :S

So please can you advise for this problem ??
i asked victor for rebuilding ABS modules he said that my car abs with DSTC traction control they can't rebuild it ...i am not sure it's the abs module cause the car worked fine before ,i just changed the battery and the lights came on

just want to know if it's the abs module or relay or fuses for the ABS ...
if it's the abs causee as i heard it's common fault for volvos abs to break ...can you advise for rebuilder for these modules ...cause it's feaking xpensive in the dealer around 2000 $.....
Your answer will be apreciated....i dont know what to do with it as i love this car it's unbelivable to watch this happen to my baby car

you probably need to just have a reset done, just like with my 03 s60 my SRS airbag light came on and I need to have a reset done....I had blown a fuse to my control panel and when I replaced the fuse the SRS light had come on....so if i were a betting man I would say you just need the dealership to reset your message.
