My wife lost the keyfob off of her keychain, in the front yard as it turned out. I found the pieces that were left after the lawnmower ran over it later in the summer.

I want to pick a new keyfob up off of Ebay. Can I program it at home somehow without a trip to the dealer? Turning the ignition on and off a series of time, etc.?

The Dealer has to do it.
If you buy one make sure it is new and still in the original package and all the stickers are on it.

If not then just throw it in the trash when it gets there.

The codes the Dealer needs is on the package. By the Barcode.
