I have a 2004 s60 with no turn signals. The turn signal fuse blew,replaced fuse and now front side rear on left side remain on when the key is turned off.When I turn on left signal it flashes on indicator on dash but left lights remain on bright with no flash,checked left front light socket,bulb,nothing Why are lights on left side staying on with key off

 

New one to me.
If you can find a fuse for the steering wheel module remove it for a few minutes than connect and see if it helps.

 

Tried that no change

 

All I can saw now is try having the codes pulled.
