Default Low beam Bi-exon

We have just bought our first volvo 2007 S60 and we have noticed like others, that the low beam does not go very far and cuts right off.You can only see so far then wam,it is just black! The high beams are great. So why would volvo do such a safety thing like bad low beams as you can not see much?
how do you adjust them? Some said putting the foglight on will work to compansate the low beam, would that be right?

I'm not sure if there are traditional adjustment ***** for your headlights or not. You may have to take it to the dealer and or a service station to have it done.

As for the fog lights, turn them on and find out. Only way to know for sure.
