Is there any secret to replacing the low beam headlight? Are any special tools needed? Any feedback will be a great help. 2002 S60.

 

There is no secret to replacing the bulbs it will take you about 5 min.Remove the rubber cover.Look inside the headlight there is a locking tab that hols the bulb in.Unlock the tab and remove the bulb.I forgot unplug the bulb first before removing the tab.Install the new bulb careful not to touch the glass on the bulb lock the tab and plug the bulb in and install the rubber cover.
