low coolant level

My 01 s60 looses coolant, Have to add a quart of coolant every week or two. Any know trouble areas of radiator system? I have suspision of resevior or its cap.

The radiator is made of plastic and very prone to cracking or leaking, that may be the cause of your problem. I've had to replace mine at 45K miles.
