I have a 2006 Volvo S60 turbo and after getting a low beam failure message it was determed that I needed a new wiring harness as the old one melted. This was replaced and 10 months later the same problem on the same side. Everything is factory parts. Why is the conecction to the wiring harness melting. This is becoming a pain.
