Hello, I currently own a 2005 V70 with 330,000km. My dad gave it to me a couple years ago, I have spent a couple thousand in repairs for it. I also have a 2003 Sunfire that I drive daily while my wife drives the V70.

Now its time to get rid of the Sunfire, and I'm torn between a used S60 or just buy a new car. Now I'm not a rich man, so I can only afford a really cheap car like the 2016 Chevy Spark. Don't laugh but its actually a pretty decent car by the looks of it. But I am also in love with our V70 and that its basically a tank on the road.

There are some S60's on Kijiji like this one, has low KM but is 10 years old now:

What should I do? New popcan or old tank?

 

LOL. This is like walking into the bar and ordering a tall glass of....milk. Come to a Volvo board with that kind of question?

But seriously, that '06 S60 will probably outlast a brand new Spark and cost you 1/2, right?

 

Gotta go with the Volvo. European cars are just better, man.
