Default Need help deciding whether to buy a s70 t5 - 175k

Hi I currently own a 98 s70 glt with 225k on it, over all the car runs well but it has been eating gas lately.
I came across a 98 s70 t5 which caught my eye.

It has 174500 on it.

The Bads:
leaking oil - may not be too bad of a leak
CEL is on - P0442, and P0455 - both EVAP stuff
Almost none of the inside switches work none of the windows work, although the drivers side makes a noise like it wants to move, the door locks only work for the front doors, the rear doors will only lock when the button is pressed but not unlock. The remote doesnt work although it is connected to the car, when the unlock button is pressed the lights will go on.
The sun roof doesnt work either. Neither do the power side view mirrors.

The Goods:
Turbo works nicely
Shocks and all tires are in great shape
Body is in great shape
Tranny feels smooths and shifts nicely
Timing components seem to be good
Seems a tune up was done a little while ago with all volvo OEM stuff
The hoses seems to be in nice shape - Vaccum and PCV hoses.
No Smoking dipstick - no oil dripping down the dipstick - I think the PCV is in good shape.

I did a compression test on the engine and the cylinders checked in over 150 psi, a little low for a turbo but I think that will go up with some seafoaming.
The car before being purchased at an auction was leased and upkept by a BMW lease/dealership

It coming from a used car dealer that "has to pay his rent"

PRICE - I got him down to $1470 but that is the lowest he will go, and I have to pay taxes which adds another $130 so I looking at
a total of $1600 at the end of the day.

Is this too much to pay for a vehicle like this

I learnt a lot on my s70 GLT and would do ALL the required fixings myself

thanks for your help
