Hey guys, im new to this forum. I've been searching all over the internet and i thought i'd ask the pros here. We are doing a head gasket on my volvo S60 2.4L non turbo & almost through completion the guy helping me wanted to check if the Cam shaft seal was still in place. He did not notice until it was too late that the Intake sproket has NO keyway to put it back in its original position. We have taken it apart about 5 times and we cannot get compression to build up. Can ANYONE please give me some info on how to align the Camshaft to the Sproket without the special tool i keep hearing about? I'd REALLY appreciate it. Thanks for your time. ~Angel
