hello, i am going on vacation tommorow,and just few moments ago on my board computer in Volvo S60,2.4 D5,this message appeared: SCADENZA TAGLIANDO(ITALIAN language,because i bought it in IT,and didn't translated board comp). I translated it to english via babelfish and it says: EXPIRATION CUTTING. Can you help me with it, my vacation is going to be destroyed if I don't solve this today,because I need my car,and I can't figure out what this means?

No need to be nasty. If someone on the forum was able to help they would have. If that is going to be your attitude then you might want to take it somewhere else.

 

So....what was wrong? Just in case someone else has that issue...

 

It means:

If you buy a car from a foreign country, buy a translator dictionary as well.

I have reseted service message,it was probably something with belt tensioner,because BC wasn't reset when it was changed

 

How did you reset it?
The forum is still having software problems as well. So a post might not get seen right away either.
Something in the translation seems weird as well because "EXPIRATION CUTTING" wouldn't mean anything in English on them as far as I know. Was it maybe a service light?

 

you only gave people 15 hrs to reply. And I doubt anyonethat knew what it means wouldn't have told you. I have no idea what it means either, but if I did, I wouldn't have held out on you.

 

I know it can't mean anything on English,that's why I asked... It was probably something with the service light,because when I used service reset procedure,it was gone...
