Hey guys,

I ordered my 2014 Volvo S60 Excel + Sport pack and it arrived from the factory today with the foam on the panels and almost no kilometers on it.

The dealership phoned me saying that the car has arrived but they put it on the machine to ensure everything is in working order before they deliver and found a problem.

The problem is that on the active TFT display, the odometer is blank. The trip meter is blank as well, they don't update either. It shows dashes or dots like ---:----- that's all

If you go on the 7" screen into My Car > Trip Statistics, it shows the kilometers and everything. So it is just the TFT display which isn't updating.

They told me I can take the car and bring it back on Tuesday so their technician/mechanic can fix it and the car is brand new so it's no problem but I was wondering if there isn't just a quick way to reset it or if it is a deeper hardware/software problem?

Any ideas?
