Ok so I lost boost it would hold 13psi but sometimes drop off then it would only go to atmospheric 0psi this is on a 13t h. So I got a 16t off of a 00 wagon and got everything to rebuild it and the old upgraded cbv and 10psi spring. So I pull the stock one out also ic pipes have 0 oil residue, and directly take off the cbv thinking it would have a hole in the diaphragm causing the strange boost nope. The exhaust wheel has a strange coloring white on the outside edge and green halfway then white in the center never seen this coloring but nothing too bad with turbo bearing or thrustwasher. So I stick the new turbo on and take it for a test drive it sounds cool but no boost only thing left is the wg and it held air in and didn't bleed off when I covered the hole with my finger.
