Default Noise after axle replacement

Hello. I had the driver side CV axle replaced. Everything is great now except right as I hit 33 MPH, there is a high pitched, quiet, whine when on the accelerator. If I let off the accelerator it goes away completely. It did not make this noise before and there is no play in the wheel. What happened?

Is the end bolt in the axle torqued correctly?

I did not do the work, so I can't say. What is the torque spec?

I will have to look it up.
I looked in Vadis and cannot find the exact spec.

Ok, I'd appreciate it.

Drive shaft in front wheel hub not XC90 (M10) Step 1: 35 Nm; Step 2: Angle-tighten 90°

That bolt is a "torque to yield" type and is a one time use only. If it is overtightened you need to replace it.
