Default Noise under hood getting louder

I have a 2002 S60 with 107000 miles on it. I just had the timing belt etc done on it 2 weeks ago. Before that a new noise started. It started off sounding something like a popping noise or like something catching on something. When I opened up the hood it was coming from the left of the engine by where the alternator area is. It would only do it when the car was first running and once warmed up it would go away. When I got my timing done my tech said the
engine mount was starting to crack but not yet serious.
Today I went to drive it the noise is more metal grinding and its worse in drive and when I turn the car off.
I recorded part of it on my phone. I can email it to anyone who can help but the files too big for the forum. At first the car is in park and then you'll hear the noise louder when I put it in drive and then turn the car off.
Does anyone have any ideas? This couldn't be the engine mount could it? Help!

Thanks!

You might want to get it back to the shop that did the work ASAP and have them check it out. Sooner is better...
