I need help, My 2004 S-60 has started to show a constant engine light. The car seem to be running a little slow but other than it seems ok. I ran the OBDII computer and it showed several N/As and P2227 and P0106 codes. One seems to be related to the intakie manifold, not sure about the other.

Does anyone know how I can get that fixed? Thanks in advance!

Maybe you have a vacuum leak or the Map sensor is bad.

 

Thanks, is there a way to check either one of these symptoms? Where would I check for a leak or where is this Map sensor located? Is there a website with a diagram or picture where I can see what to do next? Thanks in advance. I appreciate the response

 

Check all rubber hoses for leaks.

There is 2 map sensors. One in on the top of the intercooler and the other is on the firewall.

How do the vacuum hoses run? Does a vacuum line run inside the air intake from the map sensor to the maf sensor? How are the vacuum lines supposed to go on top of the air box? Another question does the bolt and bracket provide a ground for the map se nsor? I'm getting the codes p2227 po106 on my 03 volvo s60 2.4 non turbo please help!
