well the codes are telling you the cam position sensor is reporting that the intake cam P0016 and the exhaust cam P0017 positions are out of spec. Could be one of several things - VVT solenoids/gears, wiring, cams jumped timing etc. Which engine do you have? (not all have timing belts - some have a timing chain). If you have a timing belt, how many miles on the car? I'd suggest you get a Volvo shop to do a scan to determine how far out of spec the cam timing is then check for other causes like fuses, wiring, grounds for the cam position solenoids, inspect the timing belt, check oil pressure etc. How is the car driving?

it’s a timing belt. 2.5 engine. it’s been running rough and knocking from a bit. it’s runs but it’s stalls after 10 seconds of running. it look like the timing belt is loose abs may havd jumped timing
