Default Please help! P0026 and P0037 knocking noise

Hello I had just bought my 2005 Volvo S60 about 2 1/2 months ago and everything was running great. About a week ago this knocking noise started and it got worse. I am very short on funds and I’m pretty good mechanically but no expert at all. It threw 2 codes at me P0026 and P0037 Intake Valve Control and Crankshaft position sensor. I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and it did nothing code and knocking still there. Please help I will post a video of the sound as soon as I can figure out how to upload it thank you.

It is more of a rattle than a knock. Take a look around at the heat shields or something loose on the drive belt area.

I listened to the audio again and it sure sounds like something rattling rather than a knock. Can you pinpoint the area of the sound? For now, don't worry about the codes.

yeah it sounds like something is loose or broke off and rattling around can’t exactly pinpoint the sound had 4 set of ears on it and the hahahahaha spots people said is where the motor meets the transmission or top of the motor towards the passenger side I’ll try and get a better video of the sound with the hood open I work all day and night that’s why I reply so late
