Default Passenger window

Used the drivers side button to roll up the passenger window, held for a second and dropped back down, now the window will not roll up again. Took the door panel off and the window is fine but will not go up, no noise from the motor, fuses good any ideas?
Also why did they rivot the electric motor in?? Ideas

Hey did you figure out your situation???

I just had the same thing happen to me today.

I also went through the same procedures as you did and I ohmed the wiring out so I know its not a fuse or relay.

My motor makes a noise in the down position but not in the up.

Looks like it is shot to hell!!!

I also would like to know why in the hell did they rivit the motor in???

Does any one have a step by step procedure pictorial on how to replace one of these dang fangled fancy big city motors??? LOL!!!

No serious....do ya???

Thanks!!!

Luis

The switch is a computer. I would try adding power directly to the motor to test the motor.
The module might be bad.
