Default Performance upgrades 2013 2.5L Volvo S60 t5 pls help

I am looking for performance upgrades for my 2013 Volvo S60 t5 AWD, trying to increase power and make it look a little meaner, I have gotten a performance air filter from k&n and a high flow performance intake from snabb
I’m am very beginner and like DIY projects and would like to spend a total of $1,000-$2,000 on multiple upgrades starting with lower cost and ending with higher cost. Looking for upgrades that could cost $200-$600 each part. when I have time to save up the money I will upgrade the exhaust.
need for speed!

my two cents is aftermarket cold air intakes are not very effective way of adding HP. Best bolt-on options are (in order of value IMHO): 1) ECU tune 2) bigger downpipe 3) larger turbo impeller/compressor 4) bigger intercooler. 5) free flow exhaust. Check out tuner packages (ie stage 1, 2 etc) to see what they recommend in terms of a blue print for parts. When you get into stage 2, that's where the special parts add up - things like boost controllers, bigger injectors etc may be recommended. With all that go-fast, don't forget you need to stop (and possibly turn). Vented/slotted rotors, bigger wheels/tires, fatter sway bars, strut tower bracket, performance strut/shocks etc. You may also want to dish out for a bigger oil cooler and transmission cooler if you are targetting 300+ HP at the wheels.

Just google "2013 Volvo T5 ECU Tuning" you find vendors like Viva Performance, Hilton, Elevate, Rica etc who will upgrade the ECU to provide more boost from a stock turbo. If you decide to go with an upgraded turbo as well, you'd still need an ECU tune.
