Default Please HELP!!! Driver side power seat not working & Dead instrument panel !!!

So... my S60's driver side power seat is not working, its stuck in the furthest back position and I'm only 5'3". Only the driver seat is power...Also, shortly after my instrument panel went black and is not working at all. No speedometer, gas level, temperature gage, messages or anything. My ABS light had intermittently been coming on.. not sure if that makes any difference.

My turn signals weren't working but now they seem to be. I've checked all of the easy fuses looking by the driver side door, under the hood and in the trunk. I found a 10 amp fuse out which I replaced. The fuse for the driver seating ..like #24 is fine.. as well as #22. Someone said it might be a relay but I'm not sure which relay would control the drivers seat or instrument panel. Also, how would I test a relay.

I went to the dealer and they want $185 to just look at it. Please if anyone can help steer me into the right direction. Even if I can just get my power seat to move...

I think you might have a few problems and being able to hook a diag computer to it would help alot.
There is many computers in the car and if something goes wrong with one it could affect others as well.
