Poly or OEM Motor mount bushings?

Poly or OEM Motor mount bushings?
Well, along with my front control arm bushings, my motor mount is shot as well. Not surprising at 100k for the round bushing in a 2001 S60. I have an automatic, and I keep hearing mixed things about the poly bushings. How bad is the vibration with the IPD poly bushing? That's the cheapest and easiest fix. My second choice is to buy the whole assembly with the new square bushing. Either should last me longer than I'll keep the car, but the whole mount will cost a little more (and take more time?).
Thoughts?

Sounds like it is somewhat pointless for a non turbo 2.4. There's not much HP/Tq to handle. But it's still cheaper/easier, so if the vibrations aren't too bad (I do have an automatic) I may go that way anyway.

I went with the OEM sqare one with the whole assembly. Found a great price on it at a fairly local Volvo dealer in RI. http://www.tascafordparts.com

if you like I can show you how easily the poly bushing falls apart.. Happened to mine on my s80 within 6 months of putting it on...
Now I have to change it again

see on the s80 and tell me what you all think.. Its possible it was not torqued in enough but that still is a very very quick breakdown..
Was put on in May, car wasn't driven more than 20 miles during the summer.. started back driving august, and by end of october it was shot. Basically 2 months of driving did that..
