Default Power steering resevoir

2001 S60 2.4T. 85K mi.

The car has leaked p/s fluid for a while... dealer says its cracked... but the leak appears to be coming from the hose connection.

I've read on other forums that the PSR's on these cars are poorly designed and leaks are common. Any truth to this?

Rather than cough up the 60 bucks for the new PSR... I'm gonna try to adjust the clamp first. Any special tool for this or will a pair of needle nosed pliars do?

Default RE: Power steering resevoir

Replace the clamp.
The clamps are the poor designs.
