Ive got two codes, p1132 and p0137....Instead of jumping to conclusions and just replacing the o2 sensor i tried to do some fault tracing and did find a little leak where my boost gauge is Teed in to the vacuum line.

I went ahead and replaced all the vacuum lines that are in some way connected to the intake manifold/turbo control valve. I replaced both 02 sensors (FCP Groton) approximately a year ago and I believe there supposed to last something like 100,000 km's so I know something is wrong upstream.

I'm going to order another front 02 sensor from FCP but I want to make sure its not going to fail prematurely again. Any suggestions to what else would have caused it or steps I should take before replacing the sensor is greatly appreciated!
