Found a penny jammed deep into rear seat belt clasp. I assume the best way to try and fix is to remove the clasp assembly by removing its bolt to the carriage. Unfortunately it does not appear to loosen when I used a socket to remove it. Any ideas?

 

does the seat belt still work? if it does i would leave it alone. i mean how do you plan to get it out once the clasp is out? does the penny move? the bolt should turn out unless it is stripped or maybe there is a nut on the underside of the car which is not likely...

 

The belt does not lock in place, so I have to do something to either fix the clasp or replace it.
