Rear Seat Headrest will not work or go down?
Hey guys,
I am recently new to Volvo and I have a 2013 s60. I am trying to get used to all the different features and my rear seat headrests will not release and go down. I hit the button on the middle console for release but nothing happens. I tested this on all three ignition phases (0, I, II). I checked the fuse box (under glove box, box A, slot 15, 15A) and added a new fuse for it but still nothing. I hear something click around the fuse box area so it sounds like it wants to do something. Any suggestions or ideas? Much appreciated!
