Default Rear view mirror leak...

Hi,

It appears that the liquid in the auto dimming rear view mirror is leaking into the mirror housing. Is it possible to replace the mirror and dimmer portion only, without replacing or reloading the UEM?

Default 2001 V70 Wagon Rearview Mirror

I replaced the mirror with a used one I purchased online but now my door remote & door lock controls on the inside door (driver & passenger) don't work and the main cabin lights stay on. When I press the button they turn off for a couple seconds then back on.
What did I do? I've checked the fuses.
