Default Passenger door mirror replacement

Wife backed into the garage door and destroyed side mirror. Any tips on how to remove it?

If it is just the mirror itself that is broken, pull out the remains and snap in another. If it's the whole housing, you may be able to salvage it by pressing it back together and replacing the mirror. If not widen the garage door and screw on a side mirror from a 1994 Peterbilt 379 Ext.(Just kidding)

Check the local auto salvage yards ,to see if the have a mirro assembly(preferably in your color). If not try here: http://www.usedpartslive.com/catalog...28is&cat=h

Then pop off the small panel behind the mirror,on the interior side of the door. You'll find the screws that hold it on there.

You will also have to remove the door panel to unplug the mirror plug.
