How do you remove the drivers side seat belt panel in a 2002 Volvo S60? I can remove the little one surrounding where the seat belt comes out of the panel, but I need to remove the whole thing to locate the inertia wheel. The seat belt will no longer retract after a clunk in there randomly one day. I have heard they are expensive to replace so I wanted to see if it was repairable. Thanks for your help.
