The dealer is probably the only option for new OEM covers, but there is always the salvage option or the aftermarket option. Many decent sized cities have car accessory dealers that market leather seating packages to the new car dealers and they of course buy from the manufacturers of that product. Another possibility would be a seat/trim repair company as they also typically have suppliers that can get them covers that would fit. Not sure if you were looking to do the whole interior, just the front seats, or what, so the direction I would suggest would be based on if you just wanted to redo the drivers seat, both front seats and want them to match the remaining, or if you want to do the whole interior, though quite frankly a complete set of aftermarket is probably the same cost or less than buying both fronts from the dealer. There are also some salvage seats for sale on ebay.

I would go to a scrap yard, and get a passenger seat that has seen little use. skin it and also remove the foam, so you get yourself a brand new looking and feeling drivers seat.
