Default Replacing serpentine belt tensonier 2002 s60

So one of the few jobs I did not attempt to do myself. Getting close to 200k so I went in to have my timing belt, serpentine belt and water pump and all the rollers and tensors I had assumed after talking to 30+ year independent Volvo shop.

Turns out even though I showed him I wanted the serpentine belt and the tensioner replaced they didn't replace the tensioner. When I picked it up they said that part was making a noise. I was a bit confused when they showed it to me thinking it was a roller or something I had not anticipated. Was like WTF when I got home and put in the part number he gave me because I could have purchased the darn belt $30 cheaper off IPD or FCP if I knew I was going to have be messing with this stuff myself. None the less I am pissed! 200k anyone who even reasearches a forum like this knows that part need to be replaced by the second timing belt service.

Long story short I am a bit gun-shy with belts. Serpentine belt not so much I know you use a wrench to take the tension off so you can take the belt off. As far as replacing the tensioner it looks like a couple bolts. Obviously you have to move the power steering reservoir not sure if I have to take off the passenger side tire and pull back the flap or not. Any insight would be amazing if anyone has done this. I am sure its not super complicated just when it comes to belts being someone with no formal training other than you-tube videos and forums I am a bit unsure about it.
