When the car starts up there are no DRLs, and when you turn the light switch there are no low beams. Correct? Because I think there are multiple fuses. But if that is the case I would start by checking the wiring and connectors. On some cars the headlight wiring can get hot enough to melt the plug.

I have original non xenon lights, but I changed to original xenon lights. In first moment xenon lights swiched for 1-2 seconds, then off, after that I put my old non xenon lights and they are not working! There can by mistake in computer or something else? Car is 2006 S60...

It's actually somewhat common for a xenon upgrade to fail immediately on a halogen equipped car. It has to do with the power draw. The computer senses the drop and shuts the circuit down. But, normally switching back to halogens fixes the issue. You could try disconnecting the battery to try to reset any computer issue. Other than that I would try locating the low beam relay and make sure its not toast. The good news is that a new one would only be a few bucks. Once you figure it out and still want the xenons, have the dealer apply the software for them. You will have to pay for it, but at least you will have what you wanted.
