S60 2005 Check engine light not working,
I took my son's S60 to the emissions test and won't pass because the Check Engine Light does not work.
I took apart the cluster to see if it was the light bulb or something, but they are LED's
Is there any way to check them?
Or can they be disabled somewhere?
This car is a lemon car, that my son got, I have fixed a bunch of stuff, and I'm thinking, maybe the previous owner disabled the light somehow?
I can see that the cluster was opened before...
(everything else in the dashboard, seems to be working fine)
Thank you in advance for your Ideas...

Just to update !
The SOB that sold the car, placed electrical tape covering the display, I was thinking that was odd for the LED to fail so I took apart the cluster again, and sure enough it had 2 pieces of black tape !!
