Hello everybody. I am the owner of a MY2012 S60 D3. I am seriously thinking of swapping the current engine for a D5 (D5244T11). The car has the 163hp version (D5204T3), coupled at the 6MT Volvo M66.

As far as I heard, the engine block is basically the same, the cylinder stroke being smaller on D3. Also I know that the injectors differ and that the D5 is bi-turbo , so I may also need my ecu reprogrammed or replaced.

Are there any more things I should be aware of when making the exchange? Thank you in advance!
