Default s60 intermittant rough idle problem

Really rough idle to the point of dying. Then it may start up and run great for a while. It's been doing it for a while but now it has left me stranded too many times. The scanner says it has a throttle position sensor issue? What would be the recommended attack of this issue, what should I start on first? I do have a can of Seafoam in the gas tank as we speak.

I can tell you that I had a rough ideling problem and so did my co-worker at the time I owned a 97 960 wagon and he owns a 99 c70.....one of my coil packs went bad and I had told him that I thought that this was his problem...well he spent several hundreds of dollars and still did not get this issue corrected, I recommend he take it to the local mineke shop where they will diagnose for free, he did take it to them and come to find out he had 3 coil packs that had gone bad and I recommend he replace them all so that the other 2 would not be an issue down the road....take a look at your coil packs this COULD be your problem...hope this helps, good luck! Carlton

Seafoam will not fix ur prob. If code reader says it's the TPS, then replace it w/ a new one. Go to IPD to check if they caryy it then compare the price w/ ur local
d(st)ealer. Be sure to buy d OEM
