s60 not starting (ECM)

I have a 2002 s60 turbo , 3 weeks back I was driving the and suddenly the car started shaking and I noticed the RPM meter not moving , I stoped the car and tried to run it again but no use , I took it to a garage with and tried to check the car for codes , the ECM Returned Signal missing , any how he checked their is power in all the car but the injectors , each injector have 2 wires , 1 with direct power and the other one gets power while cranking ( from the ECM ) , I tried to bye a used ECM + KEY + Immobilizer , now when cheking for codes , we can see the ECM but still no power to the injectors , do I need to get the CEM also or this wont help ? any body knows what I can do ? I am waiting 2 or 3 days If no use I will sell the car as scrap , please help

Take it to a shop that knows what they are doing, as this one clearly does not. ECMs are not a common failure at all. The injectors do not get power from two wires. The immobilizer is not it's own separate unit. A used ECM won't work without programming and may not work at all. You can't just replace a key with a used one witout replacing the column lock.
this is the best garage in this part of the world , and what I wrote in my post is just what I understood from them , I heard about Xemodex in canda , they want the old ECM + the used one I got tand they will reprogram for me for a cost of 299$ + 280$ Freight Charges
and also maybe i am putting it wrong , they used like a xmas lamp to see if their is power in the injectoer plug while cranking , the lamp didnt light at all while cranking , only if he remove one leg of the lamp and touch any part of the engine their is light
just now i changed every thing ( ECM + CEM + Key Antena ) and the injectoers are getting power while cranking but still not starting and and 2 msg their , Reduced engine performance and anti-skid service requierd , i think if i could remove the errors the car may start
