Default S60 Sound Right Front Engine -Sound Now Posted

Any idea what this sound is?

When the ignition is turned on (not started) a sound is generated in the right front area of the engine compartment. This sound continues when the car is started. The attached YouTube link provides the area and the sound. I used a "mechanics stethoscope" and concluded that the sound comes from an area below the steering fluid reservoir and the belts in the front - the one with the plastic cover shown in the video.

All fluids are at the appropriate level.

Perhaps the cooling fan for the ECU? It is located at the bottom of the black box located forward of the PS fluid reservoir, I think.
