Default s60 starting issue and overheating

Hello, Everyone

I will try to keep it short, but I already know I won' t succeed, but I hope someone can really help me.

Volvo s60 T5 petrol Turbo, year: 2008

1.) a computer reads: O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 sensor ,
I checked it, because engine light keeps coming on from time to time (normally when engine been running on its own and then I start driving).
2.) I changed ECT sensor, it didn't solve the problem.
3.) I have a itchy start always (everytime I start a car). I have to turn the ignition key 3 times for 5 seconds and only then the engine starts with 3rd time for me. (I was told, I have a wrong mixture of petrol - too much intake of petrol compared to air or so, computer cant read the right mixture straight away and when it does it starts, but I don' t know if it' s right or not and don' t know what to do about it... I been in 3 services and they have no clue. I'm worried that it will kill my starter motor and battery (which I changed one time already).
4.Last but not least: Please help! My car computer showed me: a High Engine Temperature-Stop Engine, I drove 2 miles more to get to home and stopped the engine. The temp gauge was all the way to the right, when I opened the bonnet the engine was hot and the top radiator pipe as well was really hot. The coolant is in middle between low and max and it always has been that way. Im afraid to start my car now.

But I would like to fix it myself really, because service in here is so so expensive. Can anyone guide me through?
