S60 Suddenly Difficult to Start ?

My 2001 s60 2.4T was hard to start this morning. This was sudden. No issues lately. I did get it started. It ran rough for the first 10 to 20 seconds, then ran OK. Drove for about 30 minutes, then shut it off. It started OK about 10 minutes later.
The only thing that comes to mind is that I didn't drive it yesterday. Possibly some issue with fuel injection or plugs?
Ideas ?
Thanks

long cold cranks can often be caused by low fuel pressure (residual pressure bleeding off over night). common causes can be the fuel pressure regulator, pump, injector. If your car has a pressure regular right on the rail (such as my 2000 S40) you can pull the vacuum line off and check for gas leaking out into the vacuum port. As to the injectors, try throwing a can of Techron in the gas or run a name brand premium for the next couple tankfuls to see if that can clean up them up. On your car, the plugs get replaced every 30K miles - best to stick with Volvo OEM.
