Hi Everyone -

I have a 2002 S60 (regular base model) and I have had the car for almost two years now.

So I was curios - when I unlock the trunk with my remote, it just clicks and then I have to lift it up to open. I have seen on other cars that when you hit unlock from the remote, the trunk lid lifts up on it's own (like a spring or hydraulic system is in place)

So i was not sure if this is feature that does not exist or if I need to replace something to get it to work like that since the car is 8 yrs old now.
