How come I can't find a service manual for a 2004 S60R? Haynes does make one for the S60, #4793, but it does not cover AWD or the "R". I was on Volvotechinfo.com, what little useless info I could find was priced $1500-$5500 for service manuals?!

The haynes one is for the UK model which might explain why it doesn't cover the R

 

haynes only covers 01-04 and is RHD. The differences are more significant than you think

 

I own 2001 Volvo S60. My gas tank cover came off in a laser car wash. I don't think it is broken but cannot figure out how to put it back on? I don't want to force it, there is a spring (shaped like a large diaper pin) that I am not sure where to place. Any advice or a diagram or drawing would help.

 

Look up the manual on a torrent file... they are floating around online for free.
