Default service required

Hello everyone! I have s60 2.4 d5 2002! Got it couple weeks ago , with one issue , there was a leak on top of radiator, it wasn't bad one, so I tought it be ok. Then discovered lots of black smoke!! Ok that's might be intercooler!! Volvo service confirmed that. So yesterday I changed that( old one was leaking air like sponge!) but now There's even bigger fault( I've done something wrong - maybe) service light came up engine service required! And it doesn't rev more than 3000 rpm! In one moment when I started the car it was ok ( just wierd nose came from front like air is squealing in somewere, but just when you rev it). I will try to read the code today at service! But maybe anyone know what might be the problem! Some connection or injector!!! What can be gone wrog if I just changed the intercooler!!

I would start at the couplers at the intercooler to the Turbo. The connection at the throttle body and the turbo couplers. These would cause the Cel and make the car fall in to limp mode.. Make sure the clamps are tight.
