software upgrade for s60 PCM

I have a 2009 Volvo S60. I need to upgrade the software for the PCM (Power Control Module). I am having a hard time finding a dealer or repair shop that still has the equipment needed. I am in Northern California. Can anyone recommend a shop near me that can upgrade the PCM software?

What is a PCM? Below is from the Factory wiring diagram book listing all the possible modules and approximate locations on your car. I don't see a PCM. What do you think a PCM is and why do you think you need new software for it?

Any module (listed) that needs software to make it work, is "programmable" using VIDA, which every dealer has. You could purchase a VIDA subscription and a DICE unit and do it your self if you wanted. But you will have a very hard time finding a software download in VIDA for a "PCM".
