Default Sound issue

I have a 2012 s60. I have my bass turned up a bit in my car because I like the sound of it. But my passenger side door have and annoying rattle in it that sounds like it’s coming from around the speaker area. A while back it was squeaking and I removed the door panel and fixed that issue. But now I can’t seem to find out where the noise is coming from and how to fix it.

what happens if you press on the door card? does the vibration go away? does it change with the window rolled up, mid point or down? doors locked/unlocked? Fixing the rattle will likely require the panel to come off but this may help give you an idea of what to look for, ie see if there's a clip that isn't tight, look for a loose screw for a component like the locking mechanism or window regulator etc.

The first time I had this problem, it would go away when I pushed on the door. Now it does it no matter what. I will pull the panel off and see if maybe there is a loose component in the door.

Ok so I have taken the panel off. The rattle comes from the door speaker. If I rest my hand on it, it stops rattling. Do I probably need a new one?

is the cone's foam surround torn? if so, you can buy a replacement speaker or a repair kit. Is the rattle internal to the speaker or just that its not securely mounted? If you take the speaker out of the panel and shake it, can you see where the noise is coming from? Very odd to me that the speaker itself would have a rattle, not a lot of moving parts there so I'd check how its mounted, check the connectors etc.
