Start/Stop Support Battery Service Required
Hey everyone,
I'm suddenly getting 2 messages that seem to be related: "Start/Stop Support battery Service required" and "Park Assist System Temporarily Unavailable." Are they linked somehow? If I replace the support battery will both issues be resolved? Also, could I replace it without much hassle? I really don't care much for the Start/Stop but I do rely on the Park Assist. Thanks in advance for any help!

A new support battery made my 2016 S60 "Start/Stop Service" light go away...after I tried charging that battery once I found it. Thanks to youtube, I found a video of a guy who bought a $30 battery of same voltage and power, or close enough (Might Max brand, prob China too!) & it fits and works great and saves $70 for the cost of the Volvo label! Haven't had the Park System light up (yet).
My “start/stop service required” message came on my XC90 and I bought a mighty max from Home Depot with the same specs as the one that came in The car. It’s working fine. And it’s made in New Jersey, not china.
